Quotes Team

Our Quotes Team ensures a smooth process. Once your insurance company submits a request, a Quote Coordinator will contact you directly to arrange for an Estimator to visit your home and assess the damage.

Estimation Team

We will provide a comprehensive report, detailing the damage’s cause, supported by photographic evidence, and outlining necessary works required. This report, along with the scope of works, will be submitted to your insurer for their review.

Repair Coordinator

When your insurer authorizes repairs, your Repair Coordinator will contact you to discuss the Scope of Works. Once excesses are paid and the Scope of Works is agreed, we will schedule the trades.

Supervisors & Trades

Your dedicated Repair Coordinator, based in our office, will serve as your primary point of contact. They’ll manage communication between our supervisors, tradespeople, your insurance agency, and most importantly, you. You can reach them directly by phone or email. Following the completion of repairs, your Coordinator will personally contact you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
